As the premier launch of the #SikapPinoy event, the stage was set with more than 300 people from 10 barangays participating in the educational event held in the Mangrove Conference & Convention Center By Astoria in Astoria Palawan. Incredible speakers encouraged Palaweños with stories of hope and lessons on fishery and farming livelihood projects.
