As the premier launch of the Sikap Pinoy event, the stage was set with more than 300 people from 10 barangays participating in the educational event held in the Mangrove Conference and Convention Center in Astoria Palawan. Incredible speakers encouraged Palaweños with stories of hope and lessons on fishery and farming livelihood projects.
