Job Description
- Ensure that kitchen areas are maintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaning schedules are followed and completed
- Assist Chefs and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed
- Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
- Responsible for washing dishes, china wares, kitchen equipment
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Background in doing inventory of kitchen equipment and utensils is an advantage
- Perform other related tasks
Qualification:
- Has good attitude and hardworking
- Good oral/ written communication skills
- knowledgeable on cleaning materials for kitchen utensils and equipment
- Can work under pressure
- Willing to work on weekends, holiday, shifting schedules
- Can start immediately
