Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Dining Area Maintenance & Hygiene
- Bus, clear, and sanitize tables, chairs, and trays immediately after guests vacate to maintain fast table turnover during peak hours.
- Operate central tray-return stations and sort reusable dining ware, cutlery, and food waste into designated disposal units.
- Monitor floor cleanliness, swiftly cleaning spills, sweeping debris, and maintaining trash bin capacity.
- Ensure communal condiment counters, napkin dispensers, and handwashing stations are fully stocked and sanitized.
Guest Service & Assistance
- Welcome guests upon arrival, guide them to available seating during peak meal hours, and explain the food hall's layout or ordering process.
- Assist senior citizens, PWDs, families with children, and guests with large orders in carrying trays from vendor stalls to tables.
- Address guest inquiries regarding vendor locations, restroom facilities, or general house policies with a friendly demeanor.
- Handle minor guest feedback on table cleanliness or missing utensils, escalating unresolved issues to the floor supervisor.
Operational Support & Coordination
- Assist vendor stalls by returning empty trays or food buzzers/beepers to their respective counters.
- Support floor setup and closing tasks, including deep cleaning of furniture, restocking service carts, and organizing inventory.
- Adhere strictly to Food Safety and Sanitation standards set by local government units (LGU) and health departments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Edution: High School Diploma, Senior High School (K-12) graduate, or Vocational Certificate in Food & Beverage Services (TESDA NC II is an advantage).
- Experience: Prior experience as a server, busser, or crew member in quick-service restaurants (QSR), food courts, or catering is preferred but open to entry-level applicants.
- Language: Fluent in Tagalog and conversational English (Taglish) to assist both local patrons and foreign guests.
- Soft Skills: High energy, customer-oriented attitude, physical stamina, and strong teamwork skills.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and carry heavy food trays (up to 10–15 kg) continuously across long shifts.
